Empfang von Faxen funktioniert, der Versand leider nicht (Bintec be.ip plus).

  • Mein David Server empfängt Faxe (Bintec be.ip plus) , aber beim Versand erscheint folgende Meldung im Log-Eintrag:

    In der Bintec erscheint in der Anrufliste kein Eintrag, rufe ich die Faxnummer von einem Telefon an schon.

    Noch ein Nachtrag. Ich habe mal einen TAPI-Client auf dem Server installiert, dieser funktioniert soweit. Das Einzige was mich wundert ist, dass obwohl automatische Amtsholung aktiviert ist muss eine 0 mehr gewählt werden, also kein automatisches Amt geholt wird.

    Entweder ist da tatsächlich ein Kanal nicht frei, oder es scheitert vielleicht schlicht an der Konfiguration der Amtsholung, eventuell auch schlicht bei der Kanalzuweisung?

  • Das von der CAPI gemeldete Problem sagt nicht das auf dem Bintec Router kein freier Kanal ist, sondern das die CAPI auf dem David Server keinen freien Verbindungsweg hat.

    Du musst also vor allem erst mal auf dem David Server nach dem Fehler in der CAPI Konfiguration suchen.

    Dieser Fehler ist typisch für Fehlkonfigurationen bei der CAPI Kanalzuordnung oder bei der Amtsholung durch den Port des David Servers.
    Wenn z.B. erwartet wird das erst eine Amtskennziffer gewählt werden soll und dann eine Zeit x zu warten ist, der David Server Port aber nach senden der Amtskennziffer nicht wartet bis das Amt bereitsteht sondern gleich weitermacht erhält er halt ein Vermittlungseinrichtung überlastet.
    Ähnlich sieht es aus wenn die CAPI x Kanäle hat von denen ein Teil für eingehende Verbindungen reserviert ist und ein anderer für ausgehende Verbindungen, der David Server Port das aber nicht weiß und daher schlicht ständig die falschen Ports nutzt.

    Ich kann Dir hier leider nur Tipps geben, ich kann ja Deine Konfiguration nicht vollständig anschauen.

    Deine Screenshots sind übrigens auch nicht hilfreich, da sie den für die Anbindung des David Servers relevanten Teil der Konfiguration gar nicht abbilden.

  • Sorry, aber Du bist immer noch am völlig falschen Ende unterwegs.

    Da FAXe reinkommen ist die prinzipielle Konfiguration der CAP erst mal nicht das Problem.
    Wäre es das würden auch keine FAXe empfangen werden können.

    Du musst wie ich bereits schrieb nach dem Thema Amtsholung und Kanal Zuweisung gucken.
    Zur Kanalzuweisung kann ich Dir im Zusammenhang mit der Bintec Remote Capi gar nicht weiterhelfen wo Du da suchen musst, ich habe diese noch nier im Einsatz gehabt.
    Ich kann Dir auch leider nicht sagen wie Du auf dem Bintec Router die Amtsholung konfigurieren musst, abe ich auch diesen noch nie genutzt habe.

    Auf David Seite musst Du aber in der Portkonfiguration gucken wie dort die Amtsholung eingestellt ist und ob das dann zur Konfiguration des Bintec passt.

    Die entsprechende Konfiguration findest Du in David\tld\port\#portnummer# und dort in der tld.ini

    Auf dem Bintec musst Du halt selbst schauen.

    Aber vielleicht springt ja auch mal wer ein der sich mit dem Bintec auskennt?
