Dear All,
A client has been running FaxWare 6.6 on NW SBS for years. Unfortunately did their modem die and they got a new one, a Multitech MT5656ZDX. I reinstalled TLD and changed the modem type, sending works fine, but occasionally receiving fails. The handshake seems to fail and then FaxWare deactivates the modem.
Any ideas how to fix this?
Also, I remember there being a setting in TLD.INI that would periodically reinitialise the modem, but I cannot find any documentation about it.
